Case Western Reserve University (Biomedical Engineeri)
Howdy! I'm a second year biomedical and polymer engineering student at Case Western Reserve University with experience in math, science, and ACT tutoring (scoring a 34 on the test itself) as well as additional experience with group tutoring of inner city children back in my hometown of Dallas, Texas in English, Reading, and Religion. Further, I have had experience in working with ADD/ADHD students; having suffered and overcome the side effects associated with ADD/ADHD personally, I have learned and implemented practices to overcome it in my studies and tutoring. I have had experience working with students of all ages through both community service projects as well as free lance tutoring and am happy to continue working with students of all ages.
With my majors, I've taken a plethora of classes in chemistry, mathematics, and physics, and love to tutor even my own peers in these fields, when given the opportunity to do so.
Though I do prefer the ACT personally both as far as test taking and tutoring go, I have grown rather adept at mastering the tricks associated with the SAT and would certainly love to tutor in this field.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
Currently enrolled ( with standing Senior Status) at the top Polymer Engineering university in the nation. Polymer Engineering requires the user to have a thorough background in chemical engineering and is fundamentally built off of chemical engineering . Thus, my qualifications for being a chemical engineer are derived from those of being a polymer Engineer.
I have completed elementary Organic chemistry 1, have been a Teaching assistant for the class, and survived the class with a solid A average at a well known Engineering and Science University. Therefore I have had experience tutoring in this field. I am currently enrolled in an advanced Organic chemistry course over this summer to further my knowledge in the field.
