After finishing my PhD, I worked in the oil & gas business for 13 years where I served as a corporate professional mentor to numerous new staff and junior staff. Professional mentoring is again how best to instruct someone to help them learn effectively & quickly.
What do I love most about tutoring & mentoring? I love to get to see the growth, development & success in those I get to work with. The absolute best way to test one's own knowledge of a subject is to teach it to someone else.
