I have experience teaching and tutoring in various subjects of Math. I have worked at an SAT/ACT prep course company for over 4 years and have gained many tips, tricks, and strategies in taking standardized tests. My favorite part about tutoring is being able to see inside the minds of students and see how they solve different problems. This allows me to teach any student at their own learning level and style.
I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. After graduating I worked full time as a seismic data processor for a Geophysical company and attended night classes at the Univerisity of Houston for a M.S. in Geophysics.
I have completed training and taught all of these subjects with a wide variety of different students.
ACT Math, SAT Math, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, PreCalculus, Calculus.
Please feel free to contact me about a tutoring session. I will give a 50% discount for the first session to see if you like my tutoring/teaching style and if I am a right fit for you!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
