I have been tutoring a variety math subjects since 2002 and absolutely love it! I understand not everyone loves math as much as I do and that's ok, because my goal is to help you understand the math you need. I have years of experience as a tutor. I am certified by the College Reading and Learning Association. I have a Level III certification, also known as a Master Tutor which is their highest level. Have trained newly hired tutors at San Jacinto College North for the past three years. I have tutored students of various learning abilities, from students with learning disabilities to students considered gifted. I was the tutor for the disability service office at San Jacinto College North from 2006-2009. The more difficult math is for you, the more rewarding I find it when I can help you understand the material and help you achieve your goals!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
