About Haitham

I taught for over 10 years in colleges and universities, different topics (fluid, thermodynamics, heat transfer, internal combustion engine, math). I have Ph.D in Fluid Dynamics and MS.c in Heat Transfer.

I combined between the theoretical study and the experimental work. Math is part of Engineering study. Successful engineers must be excellent in math.

I taught over 10 years in the Mechanical Engineering Dept.

I have made evolution for the grads I taught after they were suffering from hard understanding the topics.

I feel myself one of the best in making the students understand their subjects and I push them from where they are to a real recognized level.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Differential Equations

4 years of study at a university to accomplish a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of study at a university to accomplish a Master's degree, and 3 years of study at a university to accomplish the doctorate of philosophy.
I taught the DE subject for the sophomore and junior for 5 years. This include the some of the following as an example (but not limited):
• Identify and classify homogeneous and nonhomogeneous equations/systems, autonomous equations/systems, and linear and nonlinear equations/systems.
• Solve first order differential equations using standard methods, such as separation of variables, integrating factors, exact equations, and substitution methods.
• Solve second and higher order equations using reduction of order, undetermined coefficients, and variation of parameters.
• Use La Place transforms to solve initial value problems.
• Solve boundary value problems and relate the solution to the Fourier series.

Linear Algebra

4 years of study at a university to accomplish a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of study at a university to accomplish a Master's degree, and 3 years of study at a university to accomplish the doctorate of philosophy.
I taught the Linear Algebra subject for the freshman for 3 years. This includes some of the following as an example (but not limited):
• Systems of Linear Equations and Matrices.
• Determinants.
• Vectors in 2-Space and 3-Space.
• Inner Product Spaces.
• Linear Transformations.
