About CJ

I have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and I'm a first year Graduate student (MechEng) at the University of Houston. I've been tutoring in various capacities for the past 7 years and currently work as a Teaching Assistant at the University.

I love to break down tricky concepts to their base level and it gives me great satisfaction when a student grows in her capacity to grasp concepts that were once considered difficult.

I enjoy problem solving. It wasn't always so. It's a skill that can be acquired and that's something I hope to pass on to my students.

I've been soaking up world history since my childhood years. I read a lot of it in my spare time.

I look forward to helping you succeed!
