Whether you are a high school student, a college student, a recent graduate or a mid-career worker, finding a job is a complicated matter. Many people work hard at their job searches but struggle to achieve results. This points out the need to not only work hard, but also to work smart. Bob will help you to spend your time most productively.
Bob will not find a job for you. Instead, Bob will teach, coach and motivate you to spend your time wisely finding a job for yourself. This goes far beyond reviewing your resume. Finding a job requires a significant commitment of your time and energy. You will evaluate alternatives for "branding" yourself, selecting the one brand that best describes why you are qualified for the position you seek and how you will add value to that particular employer. You will learn to use social media wisely, how to target and penetrate employers that were previously difficult to approach. You will learn to network with ease and uncover opportunities you would never before have known to exist. You will learn to prepare for job interviews and impress prospective employers with your appearance, demeanor, preparedness and intelligent questioning.
Every client is different. Bob's introductory session will be 2x the normal length at the same price in order to understand your individual objectives and for you to understand his process. Bob prefers clients who commit to multiple sessions to cover multiple topics. Why? Because those clients are far more likely to succeed in their job searches. Each session will have a homework assignment that can be submitted to Bob by email and with a follow-up conversation at no charge.
Most tutors you will find on WyzAnt tutor a large number of subjects. Bob focuses entirely on Job Search and Career Coaching. It is his specialty.
