About In-Chul

I'm a certified teacher and licensed attorney. I have my bachelor's from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania; and my J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. I have also taken upper-division math courses up to real analysis at UH and received the highest grades in most classes taken. I have taken core science and engineering courses as well and received highest grades in most of them also. I tutor virtually all the subjects (67 subjects approved) up to the college level, and prep students for all the standardized tests including the ISEE, HSPT, COOP, OLSAT, and CogAT. I have tutored full-time since 2011. The youngest I tutored was 4; the oldest was 62.

I'm extremely effective at tutoring. Students who were completely lost would suddenly understand everything after meeting with me for just one lesson. Many have significant learning disabilities, yet I find ways to reach them. Some waste months or even years with other tutors and test-prep centers, but improve dramatically after meeting me for even one lesson. I also tutor GT students and give them accelerated lessons to cover year-long material in 2-3 weeks. You’ll be amazed how fast you can learn with efficient tutoring. Experience the magic.

Many clients have limited time for lessons, so I tutor 24/7 to accommodate their schedules. So if you want tutoring at 3 a.m., we would meet at a 24-hour coffee shop or restaurant. I have an extensive library of learning aids, and may bring 5 textbooks and 5 study guides on the particular subject.

I have had clients in the Memorial, Katy, West University, Sugar Land, Cypress, and Rosenberg areas. Most attend top schools such as St. John's, Kinkaid, St. Francis, Memorial, and Duchesne. Some attend colleges. So no matter who you are, what your subject is, or what time it is, stop struggling and message me. I'll see you soon.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
