About Nadaushia

I am a wife and proud mother of 3 beautiful children. I was born and raised on the Southside of Houston and I graduated from James Madison High School in the top 10% of my class. In high school I was in AP classes with my favorite class being Calculus and I played varsity basketball for 2.5 years on a team that appeared in state playoffs and won district every year. I chose to attend Texas Southern with 2 full scholarships where I majored in Mathematics. I graduated from TSU in 3 years and I became a high school math teacher and I taught for 6 years. I finished my Master's program in August 2014 and I am now pursuing admittance into the MBA program at Rice University. I have been tutoring since my freshman year in college. I approach every student differently because everyone is different. I thrive on building transformative relationships with my students. I tailor my methods to meet their needs. I have worked with students on so many different learning levels and have found a way to reach each distinct group. We set goals together and we talk about what is needed to accomplish these goals. I provide all the necessary tools and then its up to my student. I take my job very seriously and I own what I do. No one can say, when he or she teamed up with me that I didn't get them where they needed to be. I learned that I have a natural ability for this so I set out to help whoever needs it. Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I made an A+ in Different Equations in College. I have a Math Degree and I am certified to teach any Subject area in Mathematics. Differential Equations is a subarea of calculus.
