“**Great Organic Chemistry Tutor**”

Hi, I have a Ph. D. degree in Biochemistry and was involved in active research on anti-tumor drugs in the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After 30 years of research In the UTHSCSA, I recently retired from research. I would love to teach Math, Algebra, Precalculus, Chemistry and Biochemistry at College level and chemistry

Background Check:
Passed

In-person lessons

Mr. Asok was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and made things that I wasn't clear on very simple to understand. I'm taking an online organic chemistry class, so it was very helpful to be able to meet with Mr. Asok and have one-on-one help to explain things I couldn't understand on my own. He's responsive and easy to reach via email and telephone.

Mr. Asok helped me with the organic chemistry portion of my biochemistry course. Since I have never had an organic chemistry course I was really struggling with the basics that we were expected to already of known. He helped simplify things and was able to answer all my questions.

He is a very knowledgeable and patient professor. I had a lot of questions with my chemistry work, and he knew so much. I have used him several times and will use him again.

Math:

ACT Math,
Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I an confident in teaching ACT Math. Teaching ACT Math is something which I not only enjoy but don't get bored at all. For any student in ACT math, I put emphasis on practice tests keeping a target of answering 60 questions in 30 min. So the student gets plenty of time to answer all the questions.

Ever since I took Algebra (from the 7th grade) I've loved it. Teaching algebra is something which I not only enjoy but don't get bored at all. I can teach algebra almost at any level, and Linear algebra at the college level. I have developed a passion for teaching Pre-algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra-2, Trigonometry, Geometry and co-ordinate geometry, precalculus and Calculus.

From the 7th grade I have been enjoying Algebra, and I have developed a passion for teaching both Algebra 1 and Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Geometry and co-ordinate geometry. I am confident I can tutor anyone who is struggling with this subject. I teach algebra up to the college level.

A typical ASVAB test includes simple high school grade Math and General Sciences, common automobile-related information, and a little knowledge in English. I do believe that I am capable of tutoring an ASVAB student.

I got my BS degree as a Chemistry major (Honors) and a M. SC. in Biochemistry before finishing my Ph.D. in Biochemistry. Teaching chemistry is a passion for me. I realized that a tutor should make things easier to make students understand the difficult topics.

I would be happy to tutor any areas of chemistry such as inorganic and general chemistry, physical chemistry, organic and analytical chemistry.

I have studied differential equations in college. It's pretty easy and fun to teach.

Ever since I took Geometry (from the 7th grade) I am fascinated with it. I enjoy Geometry so much that I won't get tired of teaching it all day.

I have taken Linear algebra in the college. I have also taught students on Matrices and Determinants. Solving simultaneous equations using matrices is a lot of fun.

I have taken Organic Chemistry at both Bachelors as well as Masters levels. I can teach organic chemistry at the college level as well as the graduate level.

When we studied Pre-algebra it was a part of algebra, and so ever since I studied Algebra (from the 7th grade) I love it.

Pre-calculus is so much fun. One of the most interesting topics in Pre-calculus is to learn about different trigonometric functions such as sine, cosine, & tangent and their applications in solving real-world problems. Another interesting aspect is Analytical Geometry in which one can learn how to define graphs and model 3-D objects. Another interesting aspect is to learn about logarithmic, exponential and polynomial functions, which are very useful for solving real world problems. Finally the concept of “Limits” is the gateway to yet another important topic “Calculus”. I have real passion for teaching Pre-Calculus, and I enjoy teaching it so much that I won't get tired of teaching.

I love to teach Math at any level including SAT Prep. Teaching Math is something which I not only enjoy but don't get bored at all. I have developed a passion for teaching pre-algebra, algebra 1, algebra-2, trigonometry, geometry and co-ordinate geometry, precalculus and Calculus.

I love to teach Trigonometry. Teaching Math is something which I not only enjoy but don't get bored at all. I have developed a passion for teaching pre-algebra, algebra 1, algebra-2, trigonometry, geometry and co-ordinate geometry, precalculus and Calculus. I can teach any topic in Math including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, precalculus, and Co-ordinate geometry (both 2D and 3D).
