I am special education certified and worked with all different types of students. I also have a son with ADHD. I taught special education for six years.
Handwriting is essential in the learning process especially the students that have special needs. Cursive writing is a great resource for these students and helps them to be more successful. Students also need to be taught to hold their pencils correctly to ensure proper handwriting.
I have taught elementary education elementary, special education, middle school special education, and dyslexia. I make sure to educate myself on each students learning style and customize teachings to fit their needs. I look forward to hearing from students especially those who are struggling in the traditional classroom.
