My name is Jesus and I am currently a third-year medical student who is highly motivated and excited to help others achiever their goals. I worked very hard throughout my educational career and have a ton of information and insight to share with those willing to learn. I enjoy working with highly motivated individuals, but also enjoy teaching students proper study habits and methods to stay on top of your school work who have not learned how to properly do so.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and majored in Biomedical Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude. I worked as a tutor throughout my undergraduate studies and worked as a substitute teacher before entering medical school. I have worked with students as young as 6 years old and adults of all ages mostly on a one-on-one setting, but am also comfortable with working with a group of students as well. I also have experience tutoring a wide variety of subjects such as middle school general subjects, AP psychology and other HS courses, college applications, graduate school applications, university level biology, nursing school coursework, pharmacology, and Spanish.

I enjoy working with students and watching them grow and progress to their full potential. I truly believe that everyone is intelligent and has the capability to do great things, but it is up to you to challenge yourself and push yourself to achieve your dreams.
