I have a profound passion for education that began when I was in school. I have tutored for the past 2 years and taught first grade for a year, and I have loved with working each of my students.
With tutoring, it has been exceptionally rewarding helping students grow and working hands-on with content, and work one-on-one to get to foundations of understanding and applying material.

My EC-6 Education degree is through 6th grade, so I have spent multiple courses focusing on math, how to teach math, and what are some different/new methods of teaching material. Additionally, I have previous experience tutoring math through high school, and I'm quite fond of math.

I have a deep love of history. I consistently read articles about new findings, and enjoy finding parallels and intersections between time periods and cultures.
