In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
If you're looking for a well rounded player with excellent Hold'Em skills, then I can help you get to the next level. I have been playing poker for 9 years, and play as often as I can. I am comfortable playing pot-limit, limit, and no-limit Hold'Em. I can teach you Omaha, stud, five card draw, and of course, Hold'Em. I'll teach you position, hand strengths, and betting techniques. I have over 25 years of playing experience in soccer. I played semi-pro in High School during my junior and senior year. I played in numerous men's leagues before going of to University. I left the US and traveled to Asia, and I played twice a day there. While living abroad I was an Assistant Coach at a local University, and afterward I played on their semi-pro team. I also played regularly on Sunday's playing against some professional clubs around town.
Once I got back to the states, I played all the time. I coached and played in a Competitive Coed league and men's league. This past March I graduated with my USSF D license which is the first of four coaching certificates through the United States Soccer Federation.
My coaching style is very European and not the typical long ball you see in the States.
