My name is Emerald Artist and I am a US History college professor! I have over 5 years of experience teaching US History and Financial Accounting at the college level, as well as an additional 5 years of experience teaching core subjects at the K-8 level.

I believe in collaborative learning, where my students and I work TOGETHER to find the best way to learn for each student! Sometimes that means reading together, or practice problems. Other times it might mean using nerf guns...
