My name is Erica and I am currently a preschool teacher. I prep kids to get ready for Pre-K and Elementary school. I love teaching and eventually want to be a college professor. I graduated with my Associate of Arts last May and am continuing on with my bachelor's currently. I recently moved to Austin from Houston. Before that, I lived in Australia for a little bit after graduating with my AA. I love helping mold young minds and see my students prosper! It's such a great feeling to know that you're helping someone else improve upon their education. Knowledge is the key to success and you can never have enough of it! I enjoy learning and teaching. That said, I think you learn something new everyday and every new student has something unique and special to offer! I hope to help students realize their full potential, capitalize on their strengths, and maximize their academic success!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
