My name is Ahed, and I graduated with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majors in Accounting and Information Systems & Business Analytics from the University of New Hampshire in May 2017 with a 3.69 GPA. I have approximately 3 years of experience with a Big 4 firm in Boston and Chicago in the Financial Services Audit group. Hi Everyone,

My name is Ahed, and I graduated with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majors in Accounting and Information Systems & Business Analytics from the University of New Hampshire in May 2017 with a 3.69 GPA. I have approximately 3 years of experience with a Big 4 firm in Boston and Chicago in the Financial Services Audit group. Now, I work in the Financial Due Diligence group at a Middle Market investment bank in Chicago with a focus on the industrials industry.

I passed all sections of the CPA exam from the first time and within 5 months, and currently hold the CPA license. I also passed the Level I of the CFA exam (scored in the 90th percentile), and the series exams (SIE, 79 and 63). During college, I was a Teaching Assistant for Financial and Managerial Accounting for 3 semesters. I also tutored some students in Intermediate Financial Accounting I & II as well as as Auditing.

I love the topics I teach, especially accounting. My dad is an accountant so I guess I have it in my genes. I am also proficient in Excel, my second major was Information Systems & Business Analytics. I took many classes about Excel. I also use Excel daily in my job. I am familiar with many advanced functions/formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables and charts, what-if-analysis, advanced filtering and sorting, importing data, and shortcuts. Lastly, Arabic is my native language. I used to help students at the University of New Hampshire who majored in Arabic Studios with their home works.

I really enjoy helping students do well in their classes and actually understand the topics they're learning versus just memorizing formulas/concepts, my teaching style adjusts based on how you learn best (i.e. visual learner). I look forward to working with you.
