Dr. Ryan is a highly successful and respected facilitator, community organizer, public speaker, and business strategist who has been involved in leadership throughout his academic and professional career. As the senior training leader for credit risk for three divisions of Pacific Union Financial, Dr. Ryan strategically aligns training and development programs to support business strategies. He also leads instructional design efforts and provides learning consultation. In previous roles, Ryan traveled domestically and internationally providing leadership, product and technical training to Bank of America Corporation’s professionals, managers and executives for various divisions including Consumer, Mortgage, and Banking Center. Most recently, Ryan served as a learning manager of a geographically-dispersed team.
Dr. Ryan is a proud alumnus of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a bachelor of science degree in health care management. While attending FAMU, Ryan started his role of motivational speaking as a student leader in student government. Ryan continued his leadership efforts in graduate school at the Harris College of Business at Faulkner University (Montgomery, Alabama). Here, at this Christian university, the importance of having a strong ethics was reinforced. While working, Ryan employs the values instilled in graduate school. In 2006, Ryan was afforded the opportunity to serve humanity by undergoing surgery to donate bone marrow to an unrelated 13-year old leukemia patient through the National Bone Marrow Registry.
In addition to being a national facilitator Dr. Ryan continues to work with the youth and young adults in the city of Dallas, Texas. Ryan also travels abroad speaking with groups around the world. In 2008, he spoke to groups in several villages of Uganda.
Ryan served as the program manager for Bank of America's Global Instructor Development Program. Here, he was responsible for training trainers and sharing best practices for presenters.

Ryan is an expert with both PowerPoint and Word. He will be able to provide great coaching for various levels of users.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
