In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
There isn't anything I do not know about photoshop. I have 15 years' experience using it. I am not just teaching it but I use it professionally every single day. Most users have their small niche of how they use photoshop, whether it be for photos, painting or 3d texturing and they only know that part. I use PS in it's entirety. I can teach photo editing, painting or anything else you may want to do with it.
