I was born and raised in Brazil and lived there for 27 years of my life. I'm very professional and detailed when I'm teaching someone, because English is my second language and I do understand the need for someone to be able to understand and know a new language.
Each one of my classes is uniquely created to fit the level of Portuguese of each student and to help them improve as they go to a higher level. The students will have homework to do and they will look forward to come back to class....

Excellent tutor
Deise is very methodical and works very hard in preparing the material for every Portuguese class. She is very patient when it comes to explaining concepts that are difficult to grasp and provides numerous examples of tense and gender forms. I am learning a lot and would strongly recommend her to anyone that has to learn Portuguese in a relatively short time frame as I do.

I am so glad to have found Deise! I have taken her Portuguese classes for a few months now and have just recently taken a cooking class from her.
