Nate and I met for the first time and instantly I could see that he understood the depth that true learning requires. He is not just trying to explain information for the time being, but build a solid foundation of the subject matter in your mind. He worked with me on my practice exams, going through each question and building 3D models to demonstrate things with the right perspective. Along with writing on a white board and talking through every single step he was making. His thinking process. How he got from here to there. I promise you, when he's doing that, questions come up in your mind. Please do make sure you ask him those questions, especially when they're tiny detail-oriented questions, because not only does he enjoy to see the gears churning in your mind, but for this material the details make everything. The tutor session was fantastic. Nate is an amazing tutor for organic chemistry. He breaks super complex problems and concepts down to where I finally get what I’m doing in class. I feel like I am starting to catch up in my class with his help. I also like that he’s willing to meet me wherever I feel most comfortable because it was hard to find a tutor who would meet in person before finding Nate. I’m looking forward to more sessions and hopefully a great grade in my class with Nate’s help.
