I am an experienced Educator and Nurse interested as a Part-Time Online Tutor. With 21 years in public education and 10 years of professional development training for best teaching practices in Child and Adult Education, compliance data, managing paperwork, evaluating outcomes, planning and training. I want to apply hands-on experience in facilitating, monitoring and delegating activities for compliance with state and local policies for health care management and education.

I have been a teacher for 18 years of teaching experience. I learn my students learning style and research and use methods that caters to their learning. I use a variety of strategies to meet the needs of the student's learning style. I research the latest standards and see what methods are use to teach them. I have administered the STAAR test and prepped students in the classroom for 5th, 7th, 3rd, and 4th grades.

I have experience as a teacher of varied grade levels K-12. More than anything I want students to have fun and learn in ways that suits their learning styles. I love teaching grades K-12 and believe anyone can learn how they learn, when motivated and inspired and engaged.
