I graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art Education. I have my Pennsylvania and Texas Teaching certificate in kindergarden-12th Grade Art. I am currently an art teacher at a high school in Frisco, Texas. I have more than 20 years of art teaching experience with both beginners and advanced students both in public school and privately.
I believe that anyone can be taught to Draw Sculpt or Paint if they have one basic ingredient, desire. Other areas of expertise I bring are more than 20 years of Graphic design both professionally and at the high school and middle school levels. Some of the programs I can teach are Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, I also have produced and taught animation on various levels professionally.

Having never used Photoshop I am somewhat overwhelmed. It will take time to master CS6 by accomplishing various projects. Time will tell. Thanks for the help.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I have taught video production at the middle school level for 3 years. We created a daily news show. I also had the responsibility of video editing and production at Gospel for Asia in 2010. I then for the next two years created animations where I had to import drawings into aftereffect and then into Premier Pro. I then created audio and sound effect utilizing the Mac program Garage Band. All in all I was my own in house studio where I produced Seven Thirty minute Animation productions for the Ministry Hope for the Heart in Plano, Texas.
