I am experienced in mining oil-shale, coal, uranium and base metals. My environmental experience includes monitoring well placement, contamination excavation and hydrologic aquifer testing. I have experience in the installation and maintenance of slope stability monitoring systems, bench blast control and pit wall watering. Examples of past geologic duties include core-logging, geologic interpretation of assay data using advanced modeling techniques, structural mapping and core drilling. I have conducted Slope Hazard Assessments and written geologic forecast reports for numerous open pits. Over the years, I have completed numerous training courses and utilized several different software programs.
My life's passion has always been in geology and areas of math and science. I received my undergraduate Bachelor's Degree in Geology from Arizona State University in 1971. Over the years, have I have supplemented my education with courses in Hydrology, Geotechnical Engineering and Environmental Geology. I find it exciting to have the opportunity to share my years of experience with others who are pursuing a career in the ever changing world of Geology.
Ted hasn’t set a schedule.
