I was confused about calculus material, and he was able to clarify everything very patiently. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Calculus 2 was a difficult class to master for me I did alright in Calculus 1 but I took it so long ago that I struggled the entire time. Allan is an amazing tutor. When I didn't understand something he did not get frustrated and we stayed on the topic until I fully grasped the concept. The only thing I wish is that I would have gotten a personal tutor sooner. I would definitely recommend Allan as the tutor to go with for any math problems you are having.

Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

During high school, I majored in Mathematics. I always received an A in Algebra. I used to teach my classmates and in result they were able to improve their grades.

I have a strong background in Mathematics. My major was Mathematics in high school and when I started college, I studied Electrical Engineering which is high involved in math science.

I have long experience of teaching Algebra. Not only during my studying in high school I was always selected by my teachers to help other students, but also when I graduated with a Ph.D. degree, when I started teaching for students.

Students have liked my teaching methods and I have received excellent evaluations and positive comments from my students.

Math was my fantasy when I was a teenager. I enjoyed solving mathematics equations and when my family saw that I was interested in math they helped me to graduate in Math in high school.

In the university, I studied Electrical Engineering which is a major that is highly incorporated in math science.

Due to my high enthusiasm in teaching Calculus, I was the teaching assistant of Calculus classes during high school and university.

After I earned my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 2008, I started teaching in the university and Calculus has been one of the courses that I have taught. In total, I have more than 10 years of experience in teaching.

My method of teaching is to give tangible examples for students so they can feel why the problem is the way it is solved and they can use the learned methods for similar problems.

The positive comments and the excellent evaluation scores that I have received show that my students have liked my methods of teaching.

I have a Ph.D. in electrical Engineering and I have been teaching electrical engineering as professor or adjunct professor for more than 6 years.
