About William

I'm a PhD experimentalist in the UT Physcis department. I'm currently a TA for the pre-med physics 1 lab. I was the head tutor in my undergrad Society of Physics Students. I LOVE physics. I'm also good at math, but prefer teaching physics.

I also love powerlifting, working on cars (I have a 1988 Mustang GT) and problem solving.

I've gone through the whole calculus string of classes, as well as 2 semesters of Mathematical Physics. I obviously use a lot of math in my current studies.

I was the head tutor in my undergrad. I TA 2 labs, so I have to design and give lectures. As a TA I am also required to hold "coaching hours", which is basically tutoring for 5 hours a week as part of my grad stipend.

I would love to tutor you. Physics and math is my passion.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
