Hello, I have been a professional tutor for over 10 years. I have a M.S. in Mathematics and Statistics. I currently teach at the college level and previously at the high school level as well . My tutoring experience ranges from Pre-Algebra to Calculus 2, including Statistics.

I believe in students working towards a strong skill base

My son was having great difficulty in his Discrete Structures class at Wright State University. Brandon gave my son the confidence he needed to raise his grade a full letter. Brandon is an excellent communicator and taught my son research skills in problem solving. Brandon is always quick to respond, very timely for tutor sessions, extremely courteous and qualified. Thank you, Brandon, for all your help.

Brandon has been patient with me, giving me the confidence that I need to be productive in class. It truly has been a stress relief having him explain to me step by step the process and why that process exist. I have a greater understanding and for that I thank him.

Focused on the things my daughter needed to know. Did not do her homework for her, but led her through solving the problems herself.

Brandon was able to easily navigate me through an area of statistics I was struggling with. I really feel at ease with the material now and comprehend what I was missing. I highly recommend him.

Great fit for my daughter! She needs someone patient but thorough to help her go through the various definitions and proofs. First session went really great!

Brandon made a subject that is very difficult to me and simplified it. He is very good at explaining and help me with my confidence.

Brandon was very professional and a great tutor. As soon as I emailed him, he contacted me right away in email and he remained in contact with a phone call in a quick turn around time if I had any questions or concerns. We met on campus at UD in an area conducive to learning and had material to print as well resources of a black board to make it a learning environment. He was more than willing to explain and break down problems to make it comprehensive to a newbie at Statistics. Only downside, a little pricey but cheaper than failing and taking the class over again. Overall, I would recommend Brandon to anyone and will continue to use his tutoring services.

Has a great understanding of the material. He is well-educated and can teach at any level. He will make sure you understand the material and set you up for success. Very nice and you leave each session confident.

Brandon was able to work with our son and help him understand the math concepts that were giving him the most trouble. He has a polite and easy-going manner that helped him relate to our son. It is important to note that Brandon is very punctual and has been very communicative with us throughout the tutoring process, updating us on our son's progress, and contacting us prior to each tutoring session. He's been working with our son for less than a month and we've already seen improvement in test scores. We'd highly recommend Brandon as a tutor, and will continue to work with him in the future.

Excellent statistics tutor. Came on board mid semester. Immediately availed himself and met my son three times in one week to get him through a test, which he did. Grades continues to improve. Life saver. Finished with a great grade. Highly recommend.

Brandon is very patient with my son. After only two weeks of tutoring my son, there has been a tremendous improvement in his grade in geometry.

Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I have tutored discrete math before so I am familiar with the topics. I have mastered college algebra which is a huge part of Discrete. I can easily adapt to student needs.

I have tutored Finite math before so I am familiar with the topics. I have a strong knowledge of college algebra, calculus and statistics which is all a part of Finite mathematics. Finite is more of an applied math course and I have used application of math in many different areas.

I have taken Linear algebra in undergrad and received an A in the course. Currently I am in a graduate level Linear algebra course. I understand the concepts main concepts and know how to apply them. Also, I have worked extensively with Matrix operations in other math courses.
