I currently work as an Epidemiologist, so I am very equipped to teach the Epidemiology concepts along with public health Biostatistics.

I really enjoy helping students and seeing their improvements in school. I am very patient with students and I always try to find ways to help them grasp the concepts by using different teaching styles and techniques to suit their needs. I try to make myself available to my students by checking my emails several times a day and replying to their emails as fast as I can.
Overall, I strongly encourage people to try me and they won't regret it.

I have a Master's in Public Health, concentration Epidemiology. So I had to take several Biostatistics classes as part of the curriculum. In addition, I tutored Biostatistics 1 and 2 so I have some experience in that matter. These are the topics that I can teach: Types of studies used in biostatistics Review of Descriptive Statistics Probability and Probability Distributions Conditional probability Binomial distribution Poisson distribution Methods for Analyzing Categorical Data Tests for binomial proportions Fisher’s exact test McNemar’s test Contingency table analysis and chi-square tests Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel methods Review of Inferential Statistics Parametric methods Nonparametric methods Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) One-way ANOVA Two-way ANOVA (with interaction) Nonparametric alternatives Regression Analysis Simple linear regression Multiple regression Logistic Regression Survival Analysis Kaplan-Meier methods Cox proportional hazards models Poisson regression Clinical trials Cross-over designs Prevalence/incidence rates Log-linear models The way I conduct my tutoring session is that I go over the most important concepts, I provide practice examples to ensure that the material is well understood and I allow time for the students to ask questions and I help them find answers to their questions.
