Most students and adults don’t struggle because they’re not capable—they struggle with focus, organization, and knowing how to get started. That’s where I help.
I work with students and adults to improve focus, organization, and follow-through so they can complete assignments, prepare effectively, and perform with confidence. Much of my work centers around ADHD and executive functioning, including time management, planning, and staying on task. I also support areas such as study skills, writing, public speaking, and interview preparation by helping individuals break work into clear, manageable steps.
My approach is practical, structured, and focused on real-world results. I help individuals build simple systems they can consistently use rather than overwhelming them with information. I also incorporate accountability and regular check-ins to support follow-through and long-term improvement.
My background includes training in psychology and counseling, along with certifications in coaching, executive functioning, public speaking, and conflict resolution. I have completed formal mediation training and hold certification in mental health first aid. I have experience working one-on-one with both students and adults, helping them prepare for academic work, presentations, interviews, and real-world situations. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s goals, learning style, and pace.
Scheduling: If you don’t see a time on my calendar that works for you, feel free to message me your availability. I can often accommodate additional times.
Note: Sessions are focused on tutoring and coaching support and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal services.
