I majored in Spanish for two years with the intention of someday becoming a fluent Spanish speaker. Therefore, I immersed myself in the language. I feel that if an individual intensely studies a language other than their native language, they become more capable in how they utilize and comprehend their native language. I am strongest in fields such as Criminal Justice, Language Arts, American History, Psychology, Sociology, Biology, Microbiology, American Government, Logic, 3rd-12th grade Math, and Elementary Spanish. Throughout my years as an indecisive college student, it took me a great deal of time to know what field I wanted a career in. So, I have taken several courses in almost every field in an attempt to venture out. Therefore, it is safe to say my education is certainly well-rounded.
I chose to major in Philosophy for two years, so I have taken more Philosophy and Logic classes than the average college student who is not a Philosophy or Logic major. I gravely enjoy learning and teaching Analytical and Continental philosophical principles of the past and present.
I have taken the appropriate number of biology classes that is required by Carson-Newman University to be awarded a Bachelor’s degree. Also, my minors include Applied Psychology and Social Entrepreneurship. My education is comprised mostly of knowledge and information from the fields of psychology and sociology.
My qualifications for tutoring college-level writing include four and a half years of college-level courses of which most required at least two essays: typically, a midterm and a final essay. Most of my essays have been written in MLA/APA style, so these two styles are what I am most familiar with in terms of reviewing, editing, and writing. However, I have al
