I love getting students excited about their studies! I help them use their own unique learning styles to master their assignments, and also model learning skills and attitudes that will help them succeed in every subject they are working on.

My son had his final the next day, so Rachel was willing to stay over and help him prepare. She is a very patient and nice teacher.
Rachel is always prepared for my son's lessons. She even had the end of the year review guide before my son.
Rachel is a wonderful tutor. My son would not have passed Latin much less gotten such good grades. Thank you for being such a great teacher.
Rachel is a wonderful tutor. She should be teaching my sons class. Thank you for a great year. It was well worth the money.
Rachel has been helping our son with study skills. She is very organized and really gives him a lot of attention and good ideas. She always comes prepared with something for him to learn. Rachel always follows up that day with a written synopsis of the lesson. Very impressive.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
