I am currently preparing to earn a Masters degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey California.
As some one who has spent time living abroad in Thailand and Germany, I can easily relate to my students. I know that learning a new language can be a difficult pursuit, and I try to make every lesson as fun and interesting as possible. Using a communicative approach, lessons focus on real life language uses, and employ all four fluency functions: reading, speaking, listening, and writing. I can also provide comprehensive test preparation. I have worked with adults and children of all ages, and cater my lessons to what the student needs.
