University of Mississippi
I am currently a junior studying speech pathology and Spanish at the University of Mississippi in Oxford. I am also a member of the volleyball team here at the University. I studied for a year at Baylor University in Waco, Texas before transferring to Mississippi because of volleyball reasons. I am a "b" student and work very hard in both school and volleyball. I have become an expert at time management and would love to share all that I have learned with students needing help. I have found that my greatest desire is helping others which is why I have chosen to use my free time to tutor.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Throughout my three years in college, I have learned many lessons that I would love to share with other students. I have learned how to manage my time very well between school and volleyball and I have also learned what it takes to get good grades in college. I believe that my major reflects my desire to help others; especially in difficult situations. Coming to college is a huge transition for all teenagers. Being so far away from home and having been to two different universities, I believe that my experiences can help other students looking to enjoy and succeed in this next chapter in their life.

I believe that my major reflects my desire to help others succeed.
