My desire to help others is what brought me to the medical field and I found out early on that I was able to help others around me through tutoring. I've tutored in Medical Gross Anatomy, Medical Physiology and Pharmacology. I was recognized with a Student Doctor of the Month award at my medical school for my dedication to the students I was tutoring. Throughout my research year, I worked extensively with first-year medical students in the Anatomy lab. While my tutoring experience is mostly with medical students, I'm confident that I can be an impactful tutor with other types of students.
In addition, I've taken both the USMLE Step 1 exam and the COMLEX Level 1 exam. Through strict scheduling, hard work and by utilizing a variety of resources I scored a 244 on the USMLE Step 1 (74th percentile). Also, I scored a 697 on the COMLEX Step 1 (97th percentile). I'm very comfortable with the material on both exams and would love the chance to help you ace your medical board exam!
