Great tutor! I hired him to help me with my Real Estate Fundamentals class and have had two sessions with him so far. I'm already am feeling more confident in the subject. Chad explains things thoroughly, and he's very patient. I've tried other tutors but they're not as experienced or knowledgeable in this subject. Would 100% recommend.
