For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. I worked in the Spring of 2007 as a graduate teaching assistant in the Math & Computer Science department at UMES teaching two sections of Math 101 (Remedial Algebra). I stayed on at UMES as a Adjunct Lecturer, teaching Math 101 (Remedial Algebra), and Math 109 (College Algebra), teaching 3 sections each of two semesters.

I have professional experience as a software engineer programming in C since 1985. I first programmed in C on a AT&T Unix PC in 1985 that I purchased through my employer Wor-Wic Tech Community College in Salisbury, MD. I have been programming in C in various positions as a Software Engineer ever since.

C++

I have professional experience as a software engineer programming in C++ since 1991. I also took a graduate languages course in C++ while working on my masters.

Computer Programming

I have programmed in IT since January 1984, C programming since 1985, C++ Programming since 1991, and I have a Masters Degree in Applied Computer Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, MD. I also have a great deal of experience in Assembler, Prolog, Pascal, Network Programming, Concurrency, and numerous C++ libraries.

In May of 2008 I received a Masters in Applied Computer Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
