When I began to learn Spanish it was very exciting for me when I was speaking with a native Spanish speaker to actually a. understand what they were saying and b. be understood when I was speaking.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have done photography for over 15 years. I took all the classes at Troy University that were available at the time. (black and white, slides, Photoshop and photojournalism). I also participated in several camping photography trips with excellent instructors. Since then I have used my expertise to enhance my publications in newspapers and magazines as a freelancer. I have an eye for leading lines, composition and catching action. I want to give others tips on exposure, composition and lighting that I have learned over the years. Every year or two I have an article and pictures published in a State park magazine and local newspaper and donate my images several non-profit organizations focused on land conservation and trail-building . I had several of my images published in the Tico Times in Costa Rica and the annual guidebook.
