As for myself, I am a university student completing my bachelors in Computer Engineering at the University of Memphis. Beginning my third year. I am fluent in both English and Arabic. I like to tutor because it helps both me and the student learn together, even though I know what I am teaching it is always nice to have a refresher. My style of tutoring is to mainly have the student teach me. Meaning; I would ask them the question of what they believe to be the right answer, if its not the correct answer I'll start by giving hints as to how to achieve the correct answer, and continue until its their chance to solve the question, not me solving the question for them.
I have been keeping up to date with my math skills by taking online courses to refresh myself with all math subjects through the basic elementary level up too Calculus 2 and in between. I specialize in Algebra and Physics.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have previously tutored Arabic for 3 years. I am from Palestine, and am still learning how to translate classical Arabic into English. I feel I have the ability to teach those who are beginners and those are intermediate in the language to further themselves into a new culture of language.
