Greetings!
I have been an educator for 15 years. My desire to help students learn came later in college when I took a part time job at a tutoring center near campus. I immediately fell in love with helping students reach their potential or accomplish something that they thought they would never do. It was such a rewarding experience that I changed may major, at that time Chemistry, to Education and began what would become a very rewarding career.
I have continued to tutor students on the side after my career began but had slowed down until the advancement in technology provided opportunities to connect to with students online. I have taught multiple sections of online Chemistry for different district and that has been helpful in developing a strong pedagogy for working with distance learning students. I can honestly say that regardless of the subject matter or the time that has passed since I began, it is still an awesome feeling when I see a student accomplish a goal. I like being a part of that process and I motivates me to continue doing what I do.

Several years of experience teaching regular and honors sections of Algebra. I have also worked with many young students building on their foundation or providing supplemental tutoring. Whether the students needs help with a tough subject or just isn't being challenged enough I have the experience to help.

I have 15 years of experience in education. Most of that time I served as a science teacher in various disciplines. I am certified and high qualified in K-8 Science, Chemistry and Physics. I have taught ESL and Honors sections of each of the subjects mentioned. I have also worked with students at a variety of levels in one on one and group tutoring sessions.
