I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Literature with an emphasis in Writing from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in 2007. I also completed a minor in Theology during that time. I teach CCD at my local church, guiding my students through the wonders written for us in the Bible.

My love of Literature and Reading can be witnessed in the hours I spend reading each day and in my ever-growing library of novels. I have a passion for creation through words. I am currently in the process of writing two novels. I offer understanding and effective guidance in the arts of Literature study, Reading, and Writing. I will work patiently and tirelessly to not only bring students up to grade in Literature, Reading, and Writing, but lift them beyond- to a love and appreciation for these written forms of expression and creation.

I wish to share this love and passion for the written word with our next generation--not just with the next scholars and poets, but with future scientists and politicians and athletes and businessmen. Literature and writing are sources of joy and expression and comfort for all people. Through these forms we can truly express what it is to be alive. We share our true selves with another person and steal a glimpse into what it is like to be someone different or live in an entirely different world for that short time. I have guided my seven younger siblings into a deeper appreciation and respect for literature. Allow me to enkindle that same skill and passion for the written word in your student.
