I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in South Carolina as well a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI), teaching the 60 hr Pre-Licensing Class and the 30hr Advanced Principles Class required of persons interested in becoming a Real Estate Agent in South Carolina. I also tutor students who have completed and passed the Pre-Licensing class, to prepare to take the State's PSI exam administered through the SC Labor and Licensing Bureau.

My 22 years as a real estate agent have provided me with real time experience and knowledge allowing me to best serve my clients and provide essential career development knowledge to those just coming into the industry. I share this knowledge joyfully, with my real estate students, with those whom I tutor and with those that I mentor within my brokerage.

Throughout my real estate career, I have seen several market cycles as they have occurred and have been successful in making the necessary adjustments to better assist my clients. I also believe in engaging in continuing education to keep up with industry changes and increase my knowledge thus allowing me to help my clients successfully navigate what could be the largest financial transaction they may ever have. I've earned the Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS) designation as well as the Pricing Strategy Advisor, (PSA) designation.
