I have significant experience in bringing the Spanish language into the lives of young children; helping middle and high school students improve their grades in their Spanish language courses; and teaching adult executives how to effectively communicate in the Spanish language when they travel abroad as well as conduct telephone conversations with overseas businesses.

Learning a language is a wonderful journey, and I am committed to help my students accomplish it in the most interesting ways.

I focus on helping student's to improve their confidence, helping him or her to find their journey into my Spanish language both satisfying and rewarding.

I always tailor each of my classes to the particular needs of my individual students. For example, the range of classes I offer includes public speaking, customer care, holidays, meetings, negotiations, telephone conversations, and interviews. I have taught executives who need to be able to effectively communicate when they travel abroad. I have also prepared students for their AP Spanish test.

My course is based on the communicative method with a particular focus on the oral practice. The grammar I teach is immediately contextualized in the conversation. My students learn how to communicate on important topics through a series of fun exercises and active interactions.

My Spanish lessons are dynamic, so from the first day my student and I will talk in Spanish all the time. We will work as a team to achieve success, and I know my students will learn to speak, read and write Spanish correctly.

Very efficient and organized

Betty has been an excellent tutor. She is super patient, kind, enthusiastic with excellent communication and totally professional. She has also been very accommodating, sometimes I have had to reschedule classes last minute and there has not been any problem. She makes learning really fun and its hard to get bored when learning with her. She also sends the lesson material for review. I would highly recommend her as a teacher for any level as she has excellent teaching skills!
