I am a graduate of Salisbury University with a BA and MA in English Literature, as well as a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in Library and Information Science. Over the years I have worked in libraries as a research assistant, in the college classroom as an English Instructor, in the field of disability services as a learning specialist, and in Division-I athletic departments as a tutorial specialist.

I have an eclectic teaching background, and I am always looking with ways to engage with students to assist them in their own academic endeavors.

I have worked in a variety of environments, with various levels of students - from students in middle school through college, to adult learners, to individuals with learning disabilities, to student-athletes, to incarcerated individuals. Working with various students in different stages of their academic pursuits has allowed me to grow successful as an academic tutor.
