My name is Carol, and I may be the ideal tutor for you!
I have been teaching high school English and Journalism for seven years. I graduated from Winthrop University in 2005 and earned my Master's in Education from Columbia College in 2007. I have tutored Math and Writing at York Technical College.

I look forward to hearing from you! My name is Carol, and I may be the ideal tutor for you!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I tutor high school English with an emphasis on providing students the tools to pass the SC HSAP test required for graduation.
