When I would help my friends prepare for history exams in college, I not only helped them memorize the material, but I also helped them understand why what they were being tested on was so important.
I have a year tutoring experience from elementary heritage studies up through college. With my previous students, I worked with them until they felt confident in the material they needed to know. I also have four years experience making history textbooks for grades 6-12.
I have been playing the violin and viola since 1996. In the violin school I attended, music history was emphasized because my professors believed that knowing everything about a piece of music led to a better performance.
