I'm June W., a tutor who loves teaching English, science, public speaking, and mathematics to the age group ranging from elementary through early college. Ever since I was in high school, I have loved helping other students relentlessly pursue their education. I have tutored many people over the years, and have seen them genuinely engage and enjoy the assignments and studies. I am always ready to help students learn more about English, mathematics, science, public speaking, history, and many, other subjects. When I was in high school, I would tutor as a way to make extra money and found that I was talented at it. In high school, I tutored students in elementary school and in middle school; the lessons ranged from adding/subtraction to pre algebra. When I was in my first two years of college, I tutored fellow students. During my first, two years of college, I taught my peers how to construct research papers, do science experiments, solve mathematical equations, and prepare to present their papers in front of many people. For the past ten years, I have been tutoring others with wonderful results. My lessons are fun and engaging, but they produce results.

It is my hope that you will begin to engage and enjoy learning through my lessons. I believe that education does not have to be viewed as a task or something else to check off the to-do list, but instead, as a fun and exciting way to learn and grow. I have always preferred one-on-one tutoring because of the way it allows the student to focus on the subject and study materials with a limited amount of distractions. I work well with all age groups, from elementary through college. My tutoring sessions can be set up with you easily through the Wyzant system, and I look forward to working with you!
