I was born and raised in Hong Kong and I have lived in US for over 20 years. I can speak fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. I have over 8 years of experience of teaching elementary and middle school students about Chinese culture, Chinese holidays and 3 years teaching Cantonese.

I graduated from college in Taiwan with a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and a Master’s degree in International Business in US.
My lessons will be fun & interesting. For young students I teach with books, slides with pictures and videos, making art and craft, games and Chinese food. For adult students I teach speaking, writing (traditional Chinese characters), reading at all levels. For teaching Cantonese Syllables I use the Jyupting System which is widely used in books and dictionaries, Jyupting system uses English letters to stand for Cantonese syllables and number for tones which are easier to adopt for foreign learners.
