I graduated in 2020 from Amherst College (ranked #2 liberal arts college in the US by US News and World Reports) with a B.A. in Mathematics and Spanish. I had a college GPA of 3.84 and scored a 2320 on the SAT and a 790 on the Math II SAT II. I have experience working with students of various ages. In college, I tutored students in intro-level Spanish classes. I recently returned from a year in Spain, where I taught high school English. I also have tutored high school math and Spanish both online and in person.

Math was one of my favorite subjects in school. I understand the frustrations that come with the learning process, and I make sure to be patient with my students so that they may progress. My approach to tutoring involves reviewing problems and connecting them back to concepts in order to fill in any gaps in the student's understanding.
