A former professor with over 10 years of teaching experience at graduate and undergraduate levels, I am able and willing to help both students at all levels get better grades and a fuller understanding of finance, math, and economics. I am CFA charterholder, have an economics PhD and am a former math olympian, having competed at the prestigious International Math Olympiad. I taught at the distinguished University of Cambridge in the UK, as well as in the University of Minnesota in the US, and have received multiple distinguished teaching awards for my empathetic style of teaching - my approach is to customize my teaching to address the needs of my students and to make sure that my students are comfortable and that their questions are answered.

Tim is great! Super patient, very good at distilling difficult concepts and is organized. he was willing to go over questions in different ways multiple ways to ensure I understood the materials. he simplified what I thought were difficult concepts and cleanly explained the logic for formulas. overall, highly recommend!
