“**Good Math Tutor**”

Hello students, parents, and potential clients!

I am looking for several highly motivated students who are looking to take their grades to the next level or perhaps you just need that boost of confidence. It's my goal to help my students achieve 100% of their potential and to make class less stressful for them.

If you’re interested in online lessons, message Partha to get started.

Partha explained critical aspects to keep in mind when solving a particular type of math problem. Also left homework and clearly stated the requirements for my son. Both of which are traits of a good teacher. We hired him on regular basis right away after finishing the first lesson.

Thanks so much Shannon for your review! It's a treat to tutor Sean as always. Thanks for being so cordial!

Partha demonstrates that he has mastered the art of tutoring. Not all knowledgeable people can teach. If you are lucky enough to be able to get him to fit you into his schedule, then don't pass up the chance to get him to help you. He is worth it!

Thanks so much Paul! It's always a pleasure tutoring your son!

Partha was very patient with both of my girls, he spent the time needed to help them understand the math issues they had. They felt much confident and understand the concept of the math problem after they met with him.

Thank you Marie for the feedback! It was such a nice experience tutoring your kids!

Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I am happy to help students improve their math skills and also learn exam strategies. Emphasis is on doing many practice problems and getting accustomed to the exam structure.

Algebra - the subject we all need to get right. Preferably the first time. A monster for some and an inconvenience for others. It doesn't have to be a pain however. Come talk to me and I'll provide you with the weapons you need to slay the monster and the skills you need to be successful in not just algebra but mathematics in general.

I am currently working as a Business Consulting Manager at a Big4 accounting firm. But I have been tutoring math to elementary, middle and high school students for the last 5 years. Common core is one of the subjects I have been most interested in tutoring since it is the foundation for the math concepts and needs special focus and understanding. Since it is a building block that students would have to depend on later to learn more tougher math concepts, an absolute clear knowledge about it is critical. I try to be as much patient and persistent in helping a student conquer Common core math, and their learning is my joy.

I have taken three semester of elementary school mathematics in college. I have had two field classes where I was placed in elementary school math settings. I have a minor in elementary mathematics for my degree.

I taught Geometry with a national tutoring chain for four years. I have taught Geometry as a private tutor since 2001. I completed math classes at the university level through Advanced Calculus. This includes two semesters of elementary calculus, vector and multi-variable calculus, courses in linear algebra, differential equations, analysis, complex variables, number theory, and non-euclidean geometry.
